HALO™ Tribrid strategically blends wavelengths and resurfacing strengths to target multiple layers of the skin at once. By stimulating both deep collagen remodeling and surface-level refinement, this treatment produces dramatic, long-lasting improvements in tone, texture, and overall luminosity.
A topical numbing is all that’s needed for comfort, making the HALO™ Tribrid experience highly tolerable. And while it delivers transformative results, downtime remains controlled and customizable based on your goals.
With HALO™ Tribrid, you receive the power of three synergistic modalities in one advanced treatment:
- Shrink enlarged pores
- Fade brown spots, sun damage, and other discoloration
- Improve uneven skin tone and texture
- Reduce redness and visible vessels

What is a HALO™ Tribrid treatment?
A HALO™ Tribrid treatment is an advanced, multi-layered laser rejuvenation procedure that combines three powerful technologies in a single session to target the full spectrum of skin concerns. By pairing Sciton’s hybrid fractional laser with customized resurfacing and light-based modalities, HALO Tribrid treats both the surface and deeper layers of the skin, improving tone, texture, pigment, pores, and overall luminosity.
This synergistic approach allows providers to address multiple concerns at once, including sun damage, uneven tone, fine lines, redness, and acne scars, while stimulating collagen for long-term rejuvenation. The result is smoother, brighter, younger-looking skin with more comprehensive correction than a traditional HALO treatment alone.
What results can I expect?
Halo™ Tribrid is a complete skin rejuvenation treatment. You will see improvements in overall tone and texture in addition to significant removal of discoloration, reduction in fine lines, reduced pore size, skin reflectivity, and glow.
How many treatments will I need?
What is great about Halo™ Tribrid is that you can choose how many treatments you want. Discuss your needs with your clinician, and you can choose to have one or two more aggressive treatments or have multiple treatments that are less aggressive and achieve a similar goal over a longer period of time.
What happens during the treatment?
Thirty minutes to an hour before the treatment, your physician may place a topical ointment on your skin to reduce the sensation during the treatment. Your clinician will then measure your face with motion tracking technology to ensure your face is treated evenly. The clinician will treat a section of your face at a time by rolling the Halo™ Tribrid handpiece in a crisscross pattern until the system recognizes the treatment is complete.
What does Halo™ Tribrid feel like?
With a topical anesthetic and integrated cooling technology, most patients experience very little discomfort. Most patients describe the treatment as a feeling of heat with occasional prickling sensations but are generally comfortable. After the treatment, most patients will continue to feel warm for an additional 15 to 30 minutes.
Can I return to normal activities after my treatment?
Absolutely. For the first 24 hours, you should keep your skin protected according to your clinician’s instructions, but after that, you should be able to go about your normal activities.
After the first 24 hours, your skin will begin to peel, but you will be able to put on makeup. For a facial treatment, you will see very little change on the first day. After two to three days, you will develop a light bronzing appearance. By day three or four, your skin will peel, revealing new skin beneath.
When will I see results?
You will see initial results between two and five days after your Halo™ Tribrid treatment, but your skin will continue to improve over time. Most patients see the greatest pigmentary improvement in the first two to three weeks. This is followed by a dermal regeneration phase that continues to improve for months.
How long will my results last?
Your Halo™ Tribrid results will last for years to come, but you should continue to keep your new, healthy skin protected at all times by using UVA/UVB sunscreen. Each additional Halo treatment you get will only improve the results, giving you even better-looking skin.
How many BBL HEROic™ treatments will I need?
The number of treatments needed will vary from patient to patient, and your clinician will personalize a treatment plan based on your beauty needs and desired outcome.
What will happen during the procedure?
The procedure is typically gentle and safe. Generally, there is no need for a topical anesthetic; however, your clinician may choose to use it.
We take care to protect your eyes with safety shields or glasses. You may briefly feel a warm or rubber band snap sensation as the light is absorbed by the targeted areas. The procedure may take as little as a few minutes, depending on the size of the area to be treated and the type of procedure performed. Your clinician will discuss all the options with you, including the benefits, risks, and what to expect.
What should I expect after a BBL HEROic™ treatment?
You may experience some redness that should resolve within a few hours. Consult your clinician if it does not. For some spots, you will see a darkening of the treated areas followed by fading and flaking off at a later stage. Results depend on your skin type, the number of treatments, and the area treated.
How long will it take to recover and what aftercare procedure should I follow?
BBL HEROic™ is a non-invasive and typically gentle procedure with virtually no downtime. In most cases, you are able to return to work and resume most of your activities immediately. Your clinician will provide you with more information on what to expect, as well as give you an aftercare plan to follow that will involve avoiding direct sun exposure and using sunscreen.
What is MOXI?
MOXI is a gentle, non-ablative fractional laser that refreshes and brightens the skin with minimal downtime. It’s designed to treat early signs of sun damage, uneven tone, dullness, and textural concerns while supporting long-term skin health. Because it’s safe for all skin types and can be performed year-round, MOXI has become one of the most popular “prejuvenation” and maintenance lasers available.
What does MOXI treat?
MOXI targets a wide range of concerns, including uneven pigmentation, early sun damage, dull or rough texture, enlarged pores, light fine lines, and overall lackluster skin tone. It encourages healthy skin cell turnover and collagen production, making it an excellent option for patients wanting visible improvement without the downtime associated with more aggressive lasers.
Who is a good candidate for MOXI?
MOXI is ideal for anyone seeking a brighter, smoother, and more even complexion with little disruption to their schedule. It’s especially popular among first-time laser patients, younger patients focused on prevention, and individuals with melasma or darker skin tones who may not be good candidates for other resurfacing lasers. MOXI is safe for all Fitzpatrick skin types.
What does the treatment feel like?
Most patients experience a warm, prickling sensation during MOXI, sometimes referred to as "electric raindrops". A topical numbing cream is applied beforehand to ensure comfort. Treatments are quick, typically 15–20 minutes, and well-tolerated, making MOXI an easy option for busy schedules or lunchtime appointments.
Is there downtime?
MOXI requires very minimal downtime. You may experience redness for several hours, followed by a dry, sandpaper-like texture as microscopic “MENDs” rise to the surface—this is the skin’s natural renewal process. These MENDs flake off over 3–5 days. Most patients return to normal routines immediately and can wear mineral makeup the next day.
How many treatments will I need?
For best results, most patients complete a series of 3–4 MOXI treatments, spaced 4–6 weeks apart. Because MOXI offers cumulative benefits, many people choose seasonal or twice-yearly maintenance sessions to keep their skin bright, even, and refreshed throughout the year.
Can MOXI be combined with other treatments?
Absolutely! MOXI is frequently paired with BBL HEROic® for enhanced pigment correction, redness reduction, and overall radiance. This combination is one of the most effective year-round options for improving both the surface and deeper layers of the skin.
Is Laser Hair Removal permanent?
Every person is different. We can’t promise complete hair removal, but most experience 50 to 90 percent hair reduction. Maintenance sessions may be necessary in some cases, and at Belladerm, we stand behind our work. We offer a 50 percent discount on up to two maintenance treatments per area, per year.
Does LightSheer™ work for all hair and skin types?
Laser hair removal works better for darker hair types. The LightSheer™ laser, which is considered the gold standard in laser hair removal, does work for light, gray, and red hair, but it may take more sessions to get the best results.
For darker skin types, test areas need to be done to see the reaction of the skin to the laser. Since the laser is attracted to the melanin, which is higher in darker skinned people, it is more difficult to target the melanin in the hair shaft. Therefore, some pre-treatment might be necessary with a skin lightener for darker skin.
Is there any pre-treatment?
You cannot pluck, wax, use a depilatory, or have electrolysis in the areas you want to treat for six weeks prior to laser hair removal. Do not tan the areas for four weeks prior to treatment. Avoid using self-tanning products for two weeks prior to treatment. The area to be treated should be shaved before treatment.
What post-treatment is necessary?
You will need to wear sunscreen regularly during your laser treatment package and for six weeks after completing your packages. Avoid irritants for seven days after treatment.
Does Laser Hair Removal hurt?
The level of discomfort depends on the density of hair. For most people, it feels like a rubber band snap. Topical anesthesia can be used for areas that are more sensitive.
