With over 25 years of experience in customer service, Jennifer is dedicated to making every client feel valued and appreciated. She brings warmth and a personal touch to her role, ensuring that each interaction is positive and meaningful.

Jennifer has been married to her husband, Jered, since 2016. Together, they share their home with their loved dog, Sadie Rose.

Outside of work, Jennifer has a passion for cooking and baking. She has authored three cookbooks, with her second collaboration raising an impressive $15,000 for the Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition — a cause close to her heart.
