Services are provided by Terri Cipowski, with 10 years of experience doing permanent makeup, Teri is passionate about making people look and feel their best. In the late 1990’s she began pursuing her longtime desire to bring cosmetic applications to a more permanent level for her clients. Since becoming certified as a permanent cosmetic technician she has worked primarily with permanent cosmetics, making people look and feel great 24 hours a day. She continues updating her techniques by attending advanced training classes taught by some of the leaders in the industry. She also attends annual industry trade shows and conventions, and follows OSHA and America Red Cross guidelines and standards for permanent cosmetic artists.
