Love this Spa! I have been going to Belladerm for a couple of years now and love it! I really enjoy my chats with Amy! She is very knowledgeable and professional! And just plain fantastic at what she does! I trust if they say use this or don't do that it is the truth! As I have asked for things and been told you don't need it! They made sure that whatever I used did not conflict with medical issues I had at the time. I also would trust no one else near my face with a needle but Robin! She is the best and definitely knows what she is doing! She could teach the Doctors I work with a thing or two!! I look younger now at 40 than I did at 35 thanks to Amy and Robin!!!

Robin is awesome. She knows the tricks only someone who performs these services every day understands. This is not something you can just inject and be done with it....1/4 an inch in the wrong place and you look like hell for 6 months. Worth the dough, I've been to 3 different places for Botox and Robin did the best by far!!

Belladerm MedSpa in Maple Grove has been a partner in my skin care regimen since October 2009. In my teens I suffered from acne and when I hit my mid-30's it reared its head again in the form of adult acne. I spent 3 years regularly seeing a Dermatologist with no improvement. In fact my skin looked worse and I became very self-conscious about it. A friend recommended I give Belladerm a try so I called for a consultation. From the moment I walked through the doors I was impressed. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere warm and inviting. Amy D. did my consultation. I could tell Amy had a lot of experience and that she was incredibly knowledgeable not just about my acne issues but about skincare in general. I knew I could trust her recommendations. She was honest with me and said she didn't know if the chemical peel regimen she recommended would completely eliminate my acne but she assured me that she would work through this with me. After 3 or 4 peels people began to comment.

I've been using Belladerm for about 3 years now. I've tried other med-spas, but none have left me as satisfied as Belladerm. Robin is fantastic; what I appreciate most is her honesty; if she doesn't feel you need a specific service you ask about, she'll tell you - - and I trust her expertise! She enhances what you already have; therefore, you leave just as you came...only better! The entire staff at Belladerm makes you feel welcome and comfortable!

I've been a patron at Belladerm since early 2007 and find the staff and facilities to be top notch. The staff are well-trained and serious about the work they do. I truly don't even know where to begin with Belladerm Medspa! It is very difficult to pinpoint why I have been and continue to be so beyond satisfied with this spa over the last couple of years because there are many aspects that win me EVERY time I go. First of all, these ladies know what they are doing! Amy is PHENOMENAL! It is obvious she loves what she does and is so in tune with the needs of her clients. Robin's honesty and straight-forward yet loving nature is refreshing. Even the lovely front desk ladies are great. Sometimes I find it very difficult to leave as they give such great conversation. Not only do the previously mentioned things have me coming back every month but the reasonable pricing is an added bonus. I have never felt so respected and valued as a client and I will say that hands down this is the best spa I have ever been to! And as a person who has been to many spas and skincare specialist, that is saying alot!

I had facial injections this summer. I went back to school in September, All the staff thought I had a facelift because I looked so young. I just smiled and said no I did not have a facelift, but thank you..My secret is Robin at Belladerm MedSpa. Robin is magical when it comes to placement of the needles. She really knows the exact areas to place them. I work in a High School where students are very critical, I have both male and female students tell me I look young for my age. I am 62 and look 50 thanks to Robin. I look forward to the upcoming open house where I will see many of you and you can see for yourself.
